Effective October 24, 2005, MeteorComm requires all customers to obtain a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned to all inbound shipments of equipment.
You may do this either by contacting your Account Executive via phone or email or
by using the form below. Please have available the hardware model number and serial
number. You may include multiple items on a single RMA assignment. Returning equipment
without first obtaining a RMA will cause delays in processing your repair or replacement.
